Seller financing is a fantastic opportunity- and it is a big deal. In layman's terms, Seller Financing- simply put- is when the seller in a transaction offers the buyer a loan rather than the buyer obtaining one from a bank.

The home buying process can be overwhelming for some as it is an "emotional buy".  Historically, the buyer/seller relationship has been an adversarial one at best.  We see things differently...it is far more effective to work with people that are flexible yet professional.  We are establishing a business relationship that will span several years.

Every Deal is a BIG Deal

Our loans require a down payment, and are typically amortized at a 30 year rate, with a balloon payment due in five to ten years.  Both the Seller and the Buyer are represented by attorneys and all legally binding documents including a contract for the sale of the property, the promissory note, and any other necessary paperwork are prepared by attorneys as well. 

With a keen eye and a sharp pencil, each of the properties we have offer opportunity for development- whether for the immediate benefit of the buyer or for a prospective investment opportunity or a new business venture.
